We will keep you updated on your order status via email. You will receive an order confirmation after your order has been placed and a shipping notification once your order has been shipped.
If you have not received an Order Conformation email please check your Spam/Promotions folder within your email provider. If you are still unable to locate your confirmation email, please contact our team and we will be sure to resend it to you.
Customised items are made to order, which means that there is a 2-4 week production + shipping time, this could be longer, depending on public holidays and high demand. We will keep you updated throughout the production process via email. You will receive a series of emails updating you on the status of your order and a shipping confirmation email once your jewellery has been sent.
