How Long Will My Personalised Jewellery Take To Be Made?

Customised items are made to order, which means that there is a 2-4 week production + shipping time, this could be longer, depending on public holidays and high demand. Once the production process is complete and the custom item has been quality checked, we will then ship your item out to you.
We will keep you updated throughout the production process via email. You will receive a series of emails updating you on the status of your order and a shipping confirmation email once your jewellery has been sent.
