My Address On My Shipping Notification Is Incorrect, What Should I Do?

If there is a slight typo on your address or you forgot to include an apartment number in the address, your order will most likely be returned to us. Once it does we will update the shipping address for you and resend it. Please contact us with the following details:

  • Order Number
  • Name (including street, number, apt number, or PO Box)
  • City
  • Post/Zip code
  • Country

Unfortunately, sometimes the order gets lost as a result of an incorrect shipping address. If this happens we can resend it to the correct address for a 30% restocking fee.
